Disclaimer: This product is made of beef fat and oil. Therefore, there is a possibilty of it melting during shipping. Best practice for storage is at room temperature in a dark area. If the product does melt, simply put it back into a cooler area and let sit until it reforms its consistency. Refrigeration is not required but will firm it up if desired.
